These terms are between you and Gather Tribe. Using the site means you accept them.

Sign-in is by a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to harm or harass anyone, to infringe someone else's rights, or to probe or overload the service. We may refuse service or close accounts that do.

We will run Gather Tribe with reasonable care. Beyond that the service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Gather Tribe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
